Meet Melanie & Brian! They are engaged and getting married at The Makoy Center in Hilliard, Ohio next September! I have photographed several weddings at The Makoy Center and it is perfect because we can go to The Homestead Park for their bridal portraits! The park and venue are so close together! Homestead Park is one of my favorite places to shoot at! There is so much variety there!
Anyway, it was a lovely fall day for their engagement session! Actually, the weather was about 83 degrees during the session!! Can you believe it was THAT warm in September in Ohio?!?! The weather is always so unpredictable! But Brian was a champ wearing his long sleeved outfit that they had originally planned on for their fall engagement session, ha! She had used the engagement session prep guide that I emailed to her after they booked their wedding for their outfit planning!
My favorite part of their session?? Well….as soon as Melanie told me that her and Brian had been taking dance lessons…I just HAD to ask them to demonstrate!!
