Sarah and Ken came so stunningly dressed to their sunny downtown Columbus engagement session this past weekend! I have to admit my heart skipped a beat when she said Ken would be wearing a suit! I absolutely LOVE when couple’s dress up for their session–it is so timeless and classy! Sarah’s neutral colored dress photographed beautiful and she accessorized with a gorgeous strand of pearls! Which she told me were her Grandmother’s and my heart melted once again!
Sarah and Ken met at a tailgate for the 2016 Buckeye Country Superfest at the Ohio stadium and instantly had a connection. Ken proposed to Sarah last March on Navy Pier in Chicago! They were visiting his friend that weekend and spent the weekend exploring Milwaukee and Chicago. That Saturday, she thought they were just going on a walk around Navy Pier, but it turned out to be a little more special than that! Ken thought it would be nice to take a picture in front of the skyline and ended up getting on one knee and asking Sarah to be his wife!
Their lovely dog Sophie joined us for photos and my heart completely exploded! Sarah and Ken are getting married next year at The Estate at New Albany! It is a beautiful and modern venue in New Albany! I love it because it is so white and bright- perfectly matching my light and airy photography style! I can’t wait for their special day! They are a beautiful couple inside and out!
