Amanda and Matthew’s Irons Mill Farmstead Wedding was SO perfect from beginning to end! I really enjoyed being a part of all of the moments of their day and it was incredible to be back home photographing a wedding in my hometown of Youngstown, Ohio! Weddings back home have so much tradition! I miss Youngstown SO much!
The day started off with a lot of rain in the morning…but they say rain on your wedding day is good luck! They had a beautiful Byzantine Catholic ceremony in Warren at Sts. Peter and Paul! I had many favorite parts from their day! The first was with Amanda and her parents! It is easy to see where Amanda’s sweet charm and down to earth nature comes from! She shared the sweetest first look moment with her Dad! And I just love that I get to capture moments like this! Amanda will forever look back and cherish these photos and memories! The ceremony included a flower crowning to signify them being the king and queen of their newly created family!
After that, we took a limo to the Irons Mill Farmstead wedding venue just over the border in Pennsylvania! It was just the most beautiful venue inside and out! Inside the barn, there are delicate and gorgeous chandeliers hanging from the ceiling! All around the outside of the venue are so many options for stunning portraits! If you get married here, you don’t need to go offsite at all for photos!
Beyond the natural beauty of the Irons Mill Farmstead, was an incredible staff with excellent service! The coordinator made sure the day flowed perfectly and even joined us for photos, making sure all of us had water on such a hot day! And the staff did an amazing job setting up such a beautiful cookie table and the food was SO delicious! We had the prettiest sunset too!
